The Hives puede ser demandado por supuesto plagio por Jason Shapiro. Shapiro está planeando demandar a The Hives por segun el plagiar su cancion 'Why You?' de 1997, segun el 'Tick Tick Boom' utiliza la melodía vocal y el riff de su canción. Y luego dice que ama The Hives. (Si no te conoce ni tu padre no vengas a molestar.)

Cobra Starship ha confirmado en una entrevista que la grabacion de su nuevo album ya ha terminado! esto quiere decir que tendremos lo nuevo de los Cobras muy prontito (pienso que primavera 2009). Me sorprende que ya tengan el nuevo album grabado, o son muy rapidos y tenian mucho material, o ya llevaban desde hace tiempo con ello, de todas formas es bueno para nosotros.

Despite any rumors you might have heard via my EX-wife Shanna Moakler, who I have not seen since the week I checked in, Ive been treated amazingly well, both here in LA and in Georgia. The hospitals Ive been treated at are THE BEST.

My friends and family have been amazing. My pops has been with me ANY time I need him. My sisters, James, Skinhead Rob, Daniel, Hoover, Armen and of course Ricardo and Nicole, have all shown amazing support. Travis Barker: "Estoy agradecido de estar aquí"

"I hate planes," Barker said in an interview with Us Weekly magazine. "My biggest fear ever is to be involved in a plane crash, so when that happened ... well, I'm just thankful to be alive! I'm just grateful to be here at all."

"I am doing the best I can possibly be," he said in the magazine's latest issue. "I'm so anxious to get out of here. ... I've just been in surgery after surgery. I have third-degree burns basically from my feet up to my waist and both hands. One of my hands has second-degree burns and one has third-degree burns."

"I'm trying to have a quick recovery and play the drums again and be able to hold my kids again," said Barker, who has two children, Landon, five, and Alabama, two, with Moakler.

Since Matt Manning has to deal with some legal issues back in the homeland we have to drop off the remaining 7 shows with Scary Kids and Finch. Which is Florida, Louisiana, and Texas. We are extremely bummed because this tour has been such an awesome time. We've made some really good friends and had some great shows, so it is very upsetting to us that we have to leave. But Matt Manning is going to take care of all the bulllshit.

Gran noticia sin duda, Travis Barker fue dado de alta ayer del hospital en el que ha estado ingresado durante 9 días por las quemaduras de segundo y tercer grado provocadas en el accidente de avión que se cobro 4 vidas. Le deseamos lo mejor y que pueda ponerse a tocar cuanto antes.
